In a region more known for it’s aquamarine, topaz, garnet among others, one dealer was able to procure 3.5 kg of rough from the Shigar Fort deposit in Northern Pakistan. Two cabochons weighing 6.57 and 5.79 cts were polished from the material and examined by AGL.
